Thanks gentlemen, I'll reset the jumpers today. It is interesting to me that at -10db we get a better balance of sound, that is, not so glaring and a little less dynamic. Less dynamics in our setup is a good thing. In fact it seems that we have a "dynamic" control between the 2 volume controls. On older material with a limited dynamic range, we simply turn up the TP's volume control and on some current over-processed music the TP's volume goes down and the Cary's goes up.
Thanks again for this insight. -- NoFlyZone ------------------------------------------------------------------------ NoFlyZone's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15336 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=58679 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
