I mean I actually auditioned few Linn records (?) released as 192/24.
On laptop-FW-Weiss this sounded bit more "airy", maybe more detailed
that on Transporter. 

Regarding the upgrade - I will upgrade, once I know that the device is
times better than what I have (not by 20%) and future-proof for next 6-7
years at least (this is hard to achieve with digital technology)
