I would get a Touch. Works great with something like the Onkyo Receiver and Paradigm speakers.
Then watch Ebay and Audiogon for that super deal on a Transporter and only buy if the Touch doesn't seem enough or if your equipment jumps up a few levels. The Touch is a very good NMP.
