Boy do we see/hear it differently. I do read the forums and the TP is
clearly not just in the discussion but often either the suggested
solution or the device which everything is compared to. I have a pretty
damn current system and am exposed to a large amount of gear...the TP
competes with all. I also strongly disagree that the Touch provides the
same or better sonics but that is an old argument here.

And what are all these products that the highend companies are rushing
to market with that compete with the TP?? The interface alone makes it
pretty damn unique but I don't see Naim, Linn etc as
competition...especially given $ (which audiophiles do care about!)...
