The stand-out feature of the rDAC is their use under licence of dCS Asynchronous USB technology. If you add the KLEER wireless stuff on top of this it is a very clever product for the money. Most folk agree that asynchronous USB is the only way to make USB (half) decent; most folk would find wireless more useful than wired. The rDAC uses a Wolfson 8741 - the same as Linn use in their top-end DS players. It's very competitive at it's price point. Well worth a listen - buy one online and try it out for a week, it'll only cost you the postage if you return it. Made by a hifi company. No tweakery.
