I cannot grok "high quality audio" and "the masses" when "the masses" are listening to crappy bit-rate songs they paid a dollar(+) each for. While the production of the original audio can make up for tolerable bit-rate playback, the "loudness wars" have made the dominant market a portable one that compares more the to the Walkman era than anything "high quality." More depressing is the Hajj to <new> vinyl and it's egregious prices.(This really worries me because I think it will lead to predation on my vinyl by careless offspring.) If Logitech were Sonos, they would realize that "easy" is relative. New users of products who encounter problems should be confronted with "easy" contacts for resolution. Face it: most of the "problems" with SBS/players is "easy." The problem is the lack of a "support" network that has a reason to help coupled with LT's ignorance that the product is really a lot better than they understand (assuming they even know it exists.)
