I don't understand how this would be the case. When playing the original
SACD the filter would be a function of the SACD player and when playing
the SACD copy made from the ISO image in the same SACD player the filter
would be still be applied by the player after the DSD DAC stage. See
what I mean?

original SACD -> SACD player -> filter -> output

copy of SACD made from ISO file -> SACD player -> filter -> output

If I'm not understanding something, please let me know.
