Well *you* might. Others simply don't have the time or aren't
interested or already have real world interests.
If there are so many people like you one would think there would be
enough union membership that campus life would continue as before.
What you are complaining about is that nobody is now holding a gun to
the heads of the other people to get them to cough up to subsidise
your minority interests.
