I think it churlish that (I am not allowed to say niggardly any more)
that we should knock our regulators. The Wright brothers would still be
jerking around on the ground at Kittyhawk if they had not had the
benefit of the regulations to guide them. None of us would understand
that Michelangelo Buonarotti did a fair job of carving David if it were
not for the art critics to tell us so. Imagine life without parking
inspectors - intolerable. Perhaps we ought instigate a National Day of
the Regulator. Individuals could then express gratitude in their own
special way?
I am for a regulator of thermals. Any substandard thermal will be issued
penalty units.... FFS

systems in order that staff give the impression of activity.
