There's still some uncertainty about the way to enter mobile phone numbers. I had two replies from Spot on the same day. #1. Thank you for your email. As per your inquiry, please follow the format below to enter SMS numbers on your SPOT account: Eg: +08002564564 #2. In regard to SMS format you need to only enter the destination SMS as 01161Ø..... then add the number, please dropt the Ø. Should you have additional questions, please do contact our Customer Service team directly at 1-866-OK1-SPOT (651-7768) or via reply to the e-mail address above. Hopefully one of these works!
