Actually I was thinking about swept back 13.5M tips for my ASG29 since I don't 
have 15M ones! ;]

The IGC appears to have formed 2 new lasses:

A 20M two seat  - I think this will shortly be known as the One Design Arcus 
class.

A 13.5 meter class with no handicapping so as to encourage the manufacturers. I 
guess an ASW27 or V2 with wings shortened by 0.75m at each root should take 
care of that.
