That's the one Ian Laurenson was talking about. I cannot find
anything on it relevant to creating end-user documentation. The
OOoHelpOutline section has links to various existing
documentation, but that's all.

Not certain what it is. Looks like the oooauthors site is down.. Odd.
That must be from an old note, before we reorganised the website.
I don't think that wiki exists anymore, or it mutated into the
Macros Wiki (reached from a tab on the OOoAuthors pages).
