John, I haven't seen the file but I can say from experience that
most of the problems I've seen with pictures and frames arises
when they are not anchored *as character* in their own paragraph.
Fixing items that have become problems is easy for me to do but
very difficult for me to describe. I hope whoever offered to help
you can sort it out. Otherwise, I can do it myself next week. Let
me know.
