Oh, another things about the full book: the master document file
for the book using full-size pages hasn't been updated in a long
time. I recall that there were some problems in that master file
that I needed to fix; I don't remember what they were, but I
probably have some notes here about it. So that's more work to be
done before someone can successfully produce a book from the
individual chapter files.
BTW, you should not need to change the individual chapter files
to turn a US-letter-size book into an A4 book. Changing the page
styles in the master document (ODM) file should be enough. That
is one of the big advantages of using a master document. However,
see my other note about x-ref problems.
