I just regenerated the 6x9 book with hyperlinks activated in the ToC,
and replaced the one on the OOoAuthors site with the new one.

I hope nothing went wrong somewhere else in the book; I didn't take
the time to check all the pages. Let me know if you find any problems.
Every time I open the book and make a change, something seems to go
wrong somewhere, for reasons I do not at all understand!
Seems to be OK, but I have not checked each and every page. The only
unlucky thing is that the page numbers in the Contents do not refer to
the right page in the book, but with the X-references this is partly
overcome.
