Yeah, looking at it again, I have the same "PDF" printer on my Ubuntu
machine, as opposed to "Adobe PDF."

I hadn't paid much attention to this before, and didn't realise that a
"PDF" printer would do the job -- until I got thinking about Gary's
mention of "Adobe PDF" as a printer driver, something which I had
forgotten about until this discussion today.
