I'm not sure. As far as I saw in the description, this guy has changed
the license. We use  Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 and have the
Copyright with Friends of OpenDocument Inc. and this guy changed this
to © 2008 http://stores.lulu.com/OOoAuthors Creative Commons
Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0.
I'm no expert with law and licenses, but this looks to me, like this
isn't correct.
