I don't know if they can change the copyright line like that.

Depending upon legal jurisdiction that the copyright was filed in,
they might be able to do that. However, CC-BY requires correct
attribution. Depending upon how attribution in the document is
handled, they may not be in compliance with that. If that is
breached, then it is copyright infringement.

As far as I can tell without seeing the book, they have simply taken the
full-page-size PDF from either Docs or our websites and reused it
without changing it. Except that the stated file size of the download is approx. twice the file size of the PDF we provided, so who knows what's going on there?

So the copyright info and attribution in the document itself may be unchanged, despite what's shown on the Lulu store. If so, it's only the Lulu store that is misleading, as it appears to be run by or on behalf of OOoAuthors, when it isn't -- whereas the Friends of OpenDocument store appears to NOT be OOoAuthors (and technically, it isn't run BY us, though it is run FOR us).

Heck, for all we know, someone who is (or used to be) one of the contributing OOoAuthors people is doing this without telling the rest of us. And/or it could be someone who wants all the profits from sales of our work to go directly to OpenOffice.org instead of having our little group decide what to do with our earnings. I'm not assuming the clone site is run by someone looking to pocket the money themselves.
