I'm no expert with law and licenses, but this looks to me, like this
isn't correct.
It is entirely legal to change from CC Attribution to CC Attribution
ShareAlike. I don't know if they can change the copyright line like
that. That doesn't look right. In any case, changing the copyright line
would be a simple matter. OOoAuthors purposely chose a free license and
any free license is open to people doing this sort of thing.
