Hi all, just my 2 cents worth. I created an account on lulu.com, and reported each book by clicking on the "Report this item" button. I then used the following text:
----------------------- The following books being sold as a $100 download are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 and the copyright is held by the Friends of OpenDocument Inc. These books are the result of a community effort, are are provided as a free download from http://stores.lulu.com/opendocument ------------------------- It was all I could think of on the spur of the moment, but if everyone reports these books, maybe lulu.com will do something about them.
