Thanks, I have already looked at those, I have the camera flying
around my scene just fine (using Camera3D and TargetCamer3D), but I
cannot find any reference anywhere to rotating the camera on any
arbitary view axis - imagine the horizon tilting in the view if the
camera tilt=0.

Somebody must have done this before, mustn't they?
