I think you should try reduce amount of movement in the scene .i noticed
that JIGLIB has  specific problem with movement of many objects at the same
time . May be you can cut down some more poligons from your models . Also
try to exclude some stuff from the rendering , like  objects that do not
have to be moved . I really need to see your project in order to help more .
