Try something like this:

laden.contentLoaderInfo.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, swfLoadedFunc);

then:

public function swfLoadedFunc(e:Event):void
{
   var myMovieMat=new MovieMaterial(e.target.content, {interactive:true});
   my3DObject.material= myMovieMat;
}
