:)) Your question is more like "Explain me in a most simple way How do I
assemble a  ballistic rocket... Now seriously : if you need a physical car
the elevation reader is not enough .You will need to add such props like
acceleration ,friction ,gravity ,dumping ,restitution etc. If you remember
well mechanics from your high school you can get it done by yourself.
Fortunately there are physics libs like JigLib WOW (3d) and Box2 (2d) which
can make your life easier .JigLIb has JCar object for the physics cars
setups .The only problem with this lib is that it eats CPU considerably /

Also if you want a car which is without physical behavior (just driving
interaction) you can biild it quite simply (see the blog og Mike Lovely with
some nice examples there.
