So I believe we are in the position of
CVS tree - xml-axis-wsif
Package - org.apache.wsif
The reasoning for the difference is the ability to go ahead with
xml-axis-wsif now.
I haven't counted votes yet, but if anyone wants to change their vote based
on the discussion or add a vote - now is good!
