I think that it is time at least start approaching the subject of a Web 
Services PMC. 

And I'd love to see greater participation from other companies (Sun 
particularly) in this community.

Paul, Is it ok for WSIF to be under Axis (website, module name etc)? If 
yes, am ok with
xml-axis-wsif. This choice will definitely save time. If you want to bring 
it up on

Do you think we are ready for a "Web Services PMC" discussion? James 
thinks we do.

I'd be more comfortable if i see some participation from SUN given the 
laundry list of Web
Services related JSR's that are going on now
