Dano,
Traced the marriage last night but the log does not state his origins, he
was 19 years old. The 1920 census in my opinion is messed up for William
Street. Most of the people from the Azores are being shown as originating
from Cape Verde island, thus my problem as I have Ermelinda's parents
marriage in Sao Jose, Ponta Delgada, S. Miguel, Azores.

Ancestry's transcribers were very creative with their place names and
surnames transcript, a nightmare when searching. Many of the records are
under Azrs, Prt and for someone that doesn't know the short form is a lot
of fun.

Your input is appreciated just the same, thank you!
