John, I have most of this information, but not all. I did not have Miguel do Monte's parents nor some of the children's marriages. But, I never got to read the records myself, so that's what I'm doing now. I have other ancestors to fill in lines on, so it's no big deal (and good practice anyway.)
I agree that for the most part the information fits, except for the death record I found in 1810 for Miguel do Monte husband of Thereza Furtada, with the son Joze Miguel Furtado. This does not seem to fit the information gathered and attributed to Miguel do Monte I and his three wives. If his son name Miguel married in Achada to a Thereza Furtada it's possible the record is lost in that 1-2 year span that is missing. Thanks for the information that you sent.
