Casquilho is entered as an 'apelido' nick in the book of Pedro Augusto
Ferreira.  It is downloadable, you can have a look here.

For interest's sake many of the Rodrigues Casquilhos from Faja de Cima are
in fact from Faja de Baixo.

I took a peak at the Faja de Cima records and found a few in the 1800's.
Are these your grandparents?
