Indeed, Margaret. this listing looks consistent with what I have for the parents of my great-grandfather Jose Rodrigues Casquilha (born 1888): Francisco Rodrigues Casquilha and Marie Jose Ermelinda. His siblings were Maria Ermelinda Casquilha (born 1879) and Joao Rodrigues Casquilha (born 1885). And Faja de Cima appears in Maria's record. This is wonderful! Thank you. I am traveling to Sao Miguel this coming summer and will use this information to see what more I can find.
