That's the opposite of what was proposed - that there should be a
permanent URL for each show which has tracks/links/redirects to the
content as it moves from one system to another, or for different
territories. 


         
        the URL should remain the constant & the same forever, surely?
         
        (though, agreed, "should be" & "will be" are very different
