Dear Ron,
Sure it is possible to be a Baha'i and believe in reincarnation. I've
known a number of Baha'is who did. Such a belief would not be
consistent with the Teachings but a lot of us hold beliefs which are
inconsistent with the Teachings. There is no thought police to go
around saying we can't believe this or that. If however, someone were
to promote the notion of reincarnation as part of the Teachings there
might be a problem.
