Your definition of oligarchy makes no sense to me, but certainly our
country is a Republic and not a pure Democracy. A Republic is not form
of government where a constitution has ultimate authority, it may or
may not be representative.

As for this Nolan Chart business, let m repeat that I'm not about to
let a libertarian define the categories.
