the verses of God means all Writings of Baha'u'llah and they should be read (Talavat literally means >reading, as Persian to Persian Dictionary of Mo'een defines) everyday.
Does that mean that if a person had memorized all of Baha'u'llah's Writings they would still have to literally read His Writings everyday, as opposed to just selecting a passage from memory and going over it in their mind or reciting it aloud? Would one still have to pick up a book to fulfill the requirement?
