There is a big point with the Mac App Store, and BBEdit is a good example. If you get BBEdit at BareBones' site, you have an app which can be used on PPC and Intel Macs, with OS X 10.5 and 10.6. If you get BBEdit at the Store, you have an app which can be used only on Macs Intel with OS X 10.6.6. So, you buy an app and the right to install it on another Macs, but if the other Mac is a PPC, you can't do that.
