Seeing that it is installed does not mean that it is integrated into the App Store app. You will not get updates via that app for anything that was not purchased through the app itself. I am hoping that there is an exception for Apple's own apps (iWork, Aperture, iLife), but don't know at this point. -- #27794 <Vellius> ...
