I realize it's seriously inconvenient for you, but it's grossly unfair for you to take your frustrations out on the vendor. They agreed to provide a service for a fee; your company hadn't been paying the fees --- why in hell should they provide the service til you pay up? It's your management that's been lame here; direct your anger at them.
