I have no anger toward them but they have proven to be incompetent in a
number of ways and so would recommend against them if asked for
suggestions. That is not anger, rather reflecting experience with doing
business with them. They should rightfully suggest to other companies
not to do business with my company too given we apperently don't pay our
bills!

I'm not looking for litigatation, I was hoping that it's known to be
illegal. If so I would just call the states attorneys office and have
them call the company to inform them such and sure enough the tapes
would appear in my hands quickly.
