You can change the break sequence (or disable it) on Solaris such that this
would no longer present a problem ...
It's been a while since I've touched the config for that, but I believe it's
something in /etc/default ... perhaps keyboard or something.. you could grep
files in there or a google search should hook you up with the syntax...
