Hello Gerald, 

Thank you for the quick reply. Can you review the image attached and 
confirm this is what I should do? Please refer to highlights in bright 
green. Any suggestions on unsoldering R444? Looks impossibly microscopic to 
remove or even unsolder without doing damage to the contiguous components.
