I've noticed that when users travel overseas and switch to a different
network/carrier, a battery pull is required to begin receiving e-mails.
Not sure why.

Subject
[Bes-admins] Question re traveling user

Hi Everyone,
I have a user who traveled from the US to OSS - Netherlands and stopped
being able to send/receive on her device. If I look at the Blackberry
server it showed a last connect time of 8:01 this morning. I was just
wondering why it is that the BES would show it was able to contact the
device but yet the user was not able to send/receive.
I told her to remove the battery and I think she is ok now, just curious
if anyone can answer that question.
Thanks!
