That is an excellent suggestion. I just told my boss about it . Thank
for so much!

You should make available the App - "QuickPull"

It's available via blackberry.com/appworld but I downloaded it and
pushed it out to all my BB's as I've found having someone click on an
icon is far easier than pulling a battery cover off, and ripping the
battery out, and sticking it back together. Plus you can schedule the
pulls, which I do on a daily basis during the night so everyone wakes up
to a fresh BB.

I've noticed that when users travel overseas and switch to a different
network/carrier, a battery pull is required to begin receiving e-mails.
Not sure why.

[Bes-admins] Question re traveling user

Hi Everyone,

I have a user who traveled from the US to OSS - Netherlands and stopped
being able to send/receive on her device. If I look at the Blackberry
server it showed a last connect time of 8:01 this morning. I was just
wondering why it is that the BES would show it was able to contact the
device but yet the user was not able to send/receive.

I told her to remove the battery and I think she is ok now, just curious
if anyone can answer that question.

Thanks!
