Everyone, I have a use with a Bold 9700 who will not activate. I tried all the standard troubleshooting to no avail. The following shows up in the event log on the server. We are running 4.1.6 in an Excvhange 2003 environment. Does anyone have any ideas? Do you I need to regenerate the encryption key? If so can you tell me where to find that? Thanks very much
