Subject: [Bes-admins] How to monitor for Hung VMware Session on BES 4.1

Guys,

We had a 4.1.6 box that was down for 12 hrs yesterday as the VMware session was
hung. What is the best way to monitor for this? We use NETIQ agents which
report into EMS. The monitoring group is asking me if we can do a port check
for the Blackberry app? Can someone advise on this? Thanks
