If it really was VMware that hung, shouldn't you be monitoring for VMware SNMP traps, not BES SNMP traps?

What is the best way to monitor for this? We use NETIQ agents which report into EMS. The monitoring group is asking me if we can do a port check for the Blackberry app? Can someone advise on this?
