Yes, I know realize that. I thought there was a way to tell from BES. I have a meeting with my monitoring team to discuss. It would be helpful if the BES send some error but as all BES services were running and server was pingable, I got no indication. This event was not picked up by our monitoring group so I am investigating. I just wish there was a way to be more pro-active from the BES side. thanks
