I installed vbeta into a directory WITHOUT
config.ijs this time. In the Edit|Configure... window
under Display>Box Chars and Positioning the
boxdrawing characters all line up nicely, whereas they did
not lineup in the ubeta.
In the Edit|Configure... window under Java
Settings>Look and feel there is a blank selector, but 3
option are available upon clicking the selector.
In the 2.ijx window, I get the following results.

OTOH, the very tiny window named "f" was a little
different from the way I remember it. For the first time an
ellipse or circle is in the window. The ellipse is on the
right of six very tiny objects, four of which look like
squares and rectangles. If the ellipse was present in the
previous beta, I did not notice it.
