On that note: I personally prefer bugs be reported on the Wiki. That way I
can see them all in one place, track their status, as well as
clarify/amend/extend and discuss them. Also it gives me more confidence that
it'll get fixed and not forgotten or lost in the shuffle. I don't know if
Roger has a preference (Roger, do you have a preference?).
I'd rather everyone reported bugs in the Wiki, but no big deal. If a bug
reported in the Forum catches my interest, I'll usually add it to the Wiki
myself (as in this case). I would do it for all bug reports, but I don't have
time time or patience (or, in certain cases, the means; eg bugs specific to
Linux).
OTOH, the Forum gives bugs more immediate visibility, so reports here can serve
as warnings to other J users.
