The window 64-bit binary for gtksourceview might be built incorrectly, but I failed to build it again. Moreover my winxp64 becomes more and more sluggish each day.
I'm afraid current alternatives are either disabling gtksourceview or use the older gtk64.tgz binary (if that still works). Community is welcomed to build a binary for it.
