PBE: Ok, so you have two routers, do they both have a DHCP server and
serving ip addresses? Could you try turning off the one in your Netgear
router to rule out that SBC/SBR get ip addresses from different
networks? Where is your SC7 attached to?

Siduhe: The only way a SBC shows you the static ip settings dialog is
when there is no DHCP server. SBC would timeout looking for one and
then show three options: Try again, Use self assigned, Use static ip.
